PLAINVIEW, NY June 8, 2007 Enabl-u Technologies Corporation (Enabl-u or the Company), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the all of the outstanding stock of RuMe Interactive Corporation and its Canadian software development affiliate, RuMe Interactive Canada (collectively RuMe Interactive). RuMe Interactive, whose world class implementation base for its software includes many of the largest and most prominent retailers in the county, is a provider of data base management and interactive training software solutions marketed under the trade names of APIS and Learn it Solutions. RuMe Interactive has recently begun expansion of its offerings into the grocery, restaurant, hospitality and transportation industries among others. The principle shareholders of Enabl-u, an acquisition corporation, include the key founding management of RuMe Interactive as well as several seasoned and well-respected executives, all of whom have held senior leadership roles in the retail and technology sectors.
James Marcum, a principle investor in the transaction, with over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles in such notable retailers as Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Ultimate Electronics, Melville Corporation and Stage Stores, will assume the role of Chairman and Chief Strategic Officer of Enabl-u. Mr. Marcum is also an Operating Partner/Investor in Tri-Artisan Capital Partners, LLC, in New York.
Kevin McMenimen, the co-founder and President of RuMe Interactive, has assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. Kevin has been the principle designer of all of the current product offerings as instructional designer and chief functional architect of the e-learning and data management applications. Preceding his eight years at the helm of RuMe Interactive, Kevin’s experience includes positions with Tiffany & Co., Bloomingdales, Jordan Marsh, Macy’s and prior experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Richard Helms, the co-founder, President and Principal Shareholder of RuMe Interactive Canada, has assumed the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Rich continues his role driving the development and expansion of all of the company’s software offerings, pulling from his prior experience of more than 30 years in senior roles with IBM Canada and Interactive Image Technologies.
It is expected that effective immediately, the APIS and Learn it Solutions software applications will be marketed under the Enabl-u trade name.

The Company has recently begun marketing the use of this application across multiple industries in the human resource arena as well, and I believe that it likewise will become a compelling offering to satisfy the needs of the human resource executive.”

NEW YORK -- August 5, 2005: Learn it Solutions won the 2005 Telly Award for the Limited Brands “Impacting High Shrink” eLearning Program.
The Award, for Best Training and Education Program, was won for the “Impacting High Shrink” training program produced by Learn it Solutions in partnership with Limited Brands Senior Vice President of Loss Prevention, Paul Jones.
