Recognizing the issues increases the ability to adapt ones approach to promote and ensure consistency in professionalism and respect regardless of circumstances. This course is designed to increase your self-awareness and skill development in maintaining respect in human relations.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT INTERVIEWING: This course, offered by Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, is designed to enhance and develop your skills in the area of pre-employment interviewing. When evaluating applicants for a position, sometimes it can be difficult to tell if you are hiring the right person. The pre-employment interview is most often the deciding factor that will determine eligibility for employment and qualification for the position. This program will help you to recognize the needs of the position and guide you in tailoring your interview skills to find the right person for the job and for the company.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING: We have taken the Sterling Testing System's Honesty and Integrity test and made it interactive!  This multiple-choice test measures integrity in potential candidates for employment.  Scoring of the test is performed immediately, producing a report that indicates the level of risk involved with hiring the candidate.
